The topological analysis results of the three major proteins, CDC25B, PARP1, and PTGS2 (Figure 2), were investigated for their correlation with H1N1 Influenza A. The LibDock scores (Table 3) indicate that 1 interacts with proteins CDC25B, PARP1, and PTGS2, with scores of 81.89, 77.49, and 89.21, respectively, while the positive control drug, Tamiflu, has scores of 84.34, 86.13, and 91.29. This evidence concerns the gene PTGS2 and influenza A (H1N1).
