The change in the cytokine production profile by γδ T cells in psoriasis is stimulated by IL-1β ß secreted by keratinocytes and IL-23 produced by macrophages, dendritic cells, and Langerhans cells after stimulation by alloantigens and epidermal autoantigens, including LL37 (antimicrobial peptide derived from keratinocytes) and ADAMTSL5 (protein produced by melanocytes) [33]. Here, CAMP is linked to psoriasis.
