Multiple studies in MS patients have shown decreases in mean IgM and IgG levels and/or a rise in the number of patients with IgM/IgG levels below LLN after receiving multiple cycles of Rituximab [13,68,79] and Ocrelizumab [79,80,81], whereas Ofatumumab resulted in a significant rise in the proportion of patients displaying IgM levels below the LLN, while having minor or no effect on IgG levels [67]. This evidence concerns the gene CD40LG and myeloid sarcoma.
