In the phase II study, patients were stratified into the following three cohorts: (1) treatment-naïve individuals without EGFR/ALK driver mutations, (2) patients with EGFR-sensitive NSCLC who had experienced disease progression following prior targeted therapy, and (3) those who had failed prior PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors and platinum-based chemotherapy. Here, ALK is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
