The transcriptome analysis of Sepsis-Induced Myocardial Dysfunction (SIMD) across datasets, including GSE122720 for Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) and GSE57065 for sepsis, revealed significant differential expression patterns, with five core genes (KIF11, TOP2A, DVL1, RRM2, SERPINB2) being consistently differentially expressed across both conditions (Figures 1A–E). Here, SERPINB2 is linked to acute myocardial infarction.
