As exemplified by FACS plots on M2-like macrophages (Fig. 4G) co-expression analyses revealed that M2-like macrophages from patients with BC and PC more frequently co-expressed TIGIT and PVRL4, whereas macrophages from patients with NSCLC displayed higher co-expression of CD112 and CD155 compared with NMCs. The gene discussed is NECTIN2; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
