In comparison with NMCs, CD8+ T cells from BC aspirates showed a higher frequency of PVRIG+ and CD73+ cells, PC-derived CD8+ T cells displayed an increased fraction of TIGIT+, PVRIG+ and CD39+ cells, NSCLC-derived CD8+ T cells expressed more frequently CD73 on their surface, and MM-derived CD8+ T cells more frequently expressed TIGIT, PVRIG, CD39 and CD73 (Fig. 2A).
