After the formation of Gasdermin pores, cellular contents marked by IL‐1β and IL‐18 will be released, and the processing of IL‐1β can, in turn, amplify the aforementioned pathways to accelerate inflammatory cascades, leading to local inflammation, activation of the immune response, and currently being widely applied in tumor immunotherapy, anti‐inflammatory therapy, and antibacterial therapy.
