The incidence of urolithiasis in the SGLT-2 inhibitors cohort was 50% lower compared to the GLP-1 receptor agonists cohort [2.0 per 1,000 person-years vs. 4.0 per 1,000 person-years); the overall incidence difference was 1.9 per 1,000 person-years (95% CI -2.8 – (-1.0)] (HR 0.51; 95% CI 0.37–0.71). This evidence concerns the gene GLP1R and urolithiasis.
