Interestingly, as shown in Table 4, high levels of beta-cell function (PR: 0.97; CI: 0.942-1.76; P = 0.8), FPG (PR: 1.32; CI: 0.91-1.94; P = 0.15), CRP (PR: 0.96; CI: 0.88-1.03; P = 0.24); insulin (PR: 1.16; CI: 0.74-1.83; P = 0.52), and past COVID-19 status (PR: 0.98; CI: 0.92-1.05; 0.56) did not reveal any statistically significant association with insulin resistance. Here, CRP is linked to Insulin resistance.
