UV Ago2 RIP assay shows that the binding of Ago2 to DDX5 in cells overexpressing mimic-miR-NS during JEV/WNV infection was considerably less than that of mock-infected cells transfected with mimic-miR-NS; this is likely due to the downregulation of miR-1-3p during viral infection (Fig. 8C; Fig. S18H). This evidence concerns the gene AGO2 and viral infectious disease.
