AFP and hepatoblastoma: Hepatoblastoma is believed to originate from hepatoblasts or embryonic liver progenitor cells.[2] The origin of hepatoblastoma was investigated by performing an integrated analysis of a public fetal and infant liver single‐cell transcriptome dataset (CRA002443, Figure S5A, Supporting Information).[26] Hepatocytes were identified based on the expression levels of HNFF4A and AFP (Figure S5B,C, Supporting Information) and grouped into 26 clusters (Figure S5D, Supporting Information), with nine major cytotypes (Figure S5E, Supporting Information).
