The results indicated that members of the LOX family, including LOX, LOXL1, LOXL2, LOXL3, and LOXL4, exhibited high expression levels in glioma cells in comparison to normal human glial cell lines Heb as well as glioblastoma cell lines T98G and LN-229 (Figures 8A, B).
