Downregulated genes with a significantly increased risk ratio for uveitis in the same group were PTDSS2, MYLIP, KLHL21, TNFRSF21, and PDE4A. In the systemic disease-associated uveitis group, the statistically significant upregulated genes associated with an increased risk ratio for uveitis were CA1, SIAH2, and PGS1, while all downregulated predictive genes were above the cut-off (Figure 7B). This evidence concerns the gene SIAH2 and uveitis.
