As discussed above, whether early IL-17 block in psoriasis translates, at later stages, into a block of autoreactivity to LL37 and other autoantigens, and to a less frequent PsA development due to lower Thf cell generation, can be only established by larger retrospective and ad hoc longitudinal studies in appropriate cohorts of patients with psoriasis.
