In the present study, we found that the levels of LysoPC(15:0), LysoPC(18:0), LysoPC(18:1), LysoPE(0:0/20:0), and Cer(d18:0/18:0) decreased in RA rats, indicating lipid metabolism disorder and significant inflammatory responses in the body.
