Fasting Grem2 levels were lower in participants with T2D compared with those without T2D (728 ± 25 vs. 649 ± 31 pg/mL, p = 0.020) (Figure 2B), with an even more pronounced reduction observed at 1 h (631 ± 26 vs. 537 ± 31 pg/mL, p = 0.007) (Figure 2C).
