As shown in Figure 4G–I, CD107a expression in the spleen of mice was only higher in the rEg.P29 + CpG + infection group than in the CpG + infection group, and there was no difference in CD107a expression in the peripheral blood between the groups, indicating that the cytotoxicity of T cells in the rEg.P29 + CpG + infection group was significantly enhanced 5 months after infection.
