Based on previous studies on the effects of linarin, our research findings indicate that DO significantly attenuated airway inflammation and oxidative stress by inhibiting p65NF‐κB and TXNIP/NLRP3 inflammasomes while activating the Nrf‐2/NQO‐1/HO‐1 signaling in an LPS‐induced ALI mouse model and TNF‐α‐stimulated NCI‐H292 cells. The gene discussed is HMOX1; the disease is acute respiratory distress syndrome.
