To further corroborate this observation, we compared CHKA and LPIN1 mRNA co‐expression in the Leucegene AML cohort and found that indeed complex karyotype AML with TP53 mutation, but not with TP53 wild type, expressed the highest CHKA levels reaching the high levels detected in CB CD34+ cells (Figure 6E). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
