For instance, dupilumab (37) and the JAK inhibitor upadacitinib (38), used for treating AD, have been reported to induce psoriasis-like changes, while TNF-α inhibitors (35), IL-17 inhibitors (39–41), IL-23 inhibitors (42), and IL-12/23 inhibitors (43) have been associated with the development of AD-like lesions in patients undergoing treatment for psoriasis. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and psoriasis.
