ENO2 and neoplasm: retrospectively analyzed cryoablation combined with anti-PD-1 antibody (nivolumab) treatment for advanced NSCLC and reported that patients in the cryo-nivolumab group had a significant improvement in immune function, and the total disease control rate (DCR) was 87.5% in the combined group versus 62.5% in the cryoablation group (P = 0.021) after 3 months of treatment (35); additionally, the levels of circulating tumor cells and tumor markers, such as cytokeratin 21-1 (CYFRA21-1) and neuron-specific enolase, were significantly reduced.
