BRD9 and neoplasm: Inactivation of BRD9 was sufficient to induce ROS production, suppress DNA repair factors, and consequently lead to the accumulation of nuclear DNA (Fig. S9B) and mitochondrial DNA in the cytosol (Fig. S9C), we proposed that the accurate targeting of BRD9 in tumor cells may be a strong potential therapeutic strategy to improve the efficacy of radiotherapy.
