KITLG and autoimmune thrombocytopenic purpura: In contrast, higher levels of genetically predicted CCL4 (OR: 1.24; 95% CI: 1.01–1.52; p = 0.04; adjusted p = 0.01), CXCL9 (OR: 1.82; 95% CI: 1.28–2.58; p < 0.01; adjusted p < 0.01), IL-12B (OR: 1.39; 95% CI: 1.16–1.66; p < 0.01; adjusted p < 0.01), and SCF (OR: 1.27; 95% CI: 1.03–1.57; p = 0.03; adjusted p = 0.01) suggested increased associations with the risk of ITP.
