AKT1 and gastric cancer: Since miltirone enhances the sensitivity of cisplatin to gastric cancer cells via modulating the phosphorylation levels of key factors in the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, we further investigated the relationship between miltirone and PI3K/AKT by treating cells with Recilisib, a pathway activator, and LY294002, an inhibitor, at a concentration of 10 μM.
