ACE and dementia: The older adults in the study did not include patients with dementia, and their most commonly prescribed drugs were voltage-gated ion channel-targeting drugs (43.7%), including dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers and potassium channel openers and blockers, statins (38.0%), and RAAS-targeting drugs (28.2%), including ACE inhibitors and angiotensin receptor antagonists (Table 1; Supplementary Table S1).
