In the in vivo experiment, compared with the normal group, the expression of CD86+ and CD163+ cells in the adipose tissue macrophages of T2DM mice increased (Figure 3M, P < 0.05), Sitagliptin phosphate decreased the expression of CD86+ cells and increased the expression of CD163+ cells (Figure 3N, P < 0.05), and insulin had little effect on the expression of CD86+ and CD163+ (Figure 3O, P > 0.05).
