METTL14 and breast cancer: We predicted the protein expression of METTL14 in breast cancer and adjacent cancer in the CPTAC database (https://ualcan.path.uab.edu/analysis-prot.html) and found that METTL14 was highly expressed in breast cancer (Fig. S4B) and phosphorylation of METTL14 S399 was also increased (Fig. 4F), suggesting that METTL14 phosphorylated at S399 may play an important role in the process of breast cancer.
