CDK5 and liver cancer: In the cells transfected with ATG9B-4 and si-CDK5, the area of wound was narrower than that in the si-CDK5 cells (P < .0001), and it was wider than that in ATG9B-4 cells (P < .0001), which suggested that CDK5 knockdown partially attenuated promotion of migration induced by ATG9B-4 in liver cancer cells (Fig. 5D).
