BMAL1 and liver cancer: The wound area of cells transfected with ARNTL was wider than that of cells with control cells (P = .0222), and the wound area of cells transfected with ATG9B-4 was obviously narrower than that of control cells (P < .0001), however, the wound area of cells transfected with ATG9B-4 and ARNTL were remarkably wider than that of cells transfected with ATG9B-4 (P = .0001) (Fig. 3B), which indicated that ARNTL could inhibit the promoting of ATG9B-4 on cell migration in liver cancer cells (Fig. 3C)
