Box plots revealed that the infiltration scores of T cells, CD8 T cells, cytotoxic lymphocytes, NK cells, myeloid dendritic cells, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts were significantly lower in the high-risk group compared to the low-risk group (Figure 6A), indicating an immune-suppressive phenomenon in the tumor microenvironment of the high-risk group. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and neoplasm.
