Among the proteomic markers, elevated levels of serum ceruloplasmin [28], MYO1B [35], salivary CPLANE1 [26], serum albumin, HSP 27, gamma actin, SCC 1, and A4 [25], serum SNCG and SCCAg [22] and immune cell markers such as, IL‐6 [45], TNF‐α [42], and CD4 + T cell [49] were suitable proteomic tumor markers in detecting OSCC.
