CAT and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease: The high CAT levels in the liver of the groups that received the 50:50 (GO:WO) blend may be due to a protective effect against oxidative stress in the liver, which has been shown to be associated with non‐alcoholic fatty liver disease (Na et al. 2019) while the low CAT for the group treated with 100% WO could be an indicator of possible oxidative stress in the blood.
