Our results demonstrated that in mice with dexamethasone‐induced sarcopenia, the expression of TNF‐α protein significantly increased, along with a notable elevation in the phosphorylation levels of Ikkα, Ikkβ, P65, and IκBα, revealing the critical role of the TNF‐α/NF‐κB signaling pathway in the development of sarcopenia. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is sarcopenia.
