In the RELATIVITY-047 clinical trial carried out on more than 700 subjects, 1.7% of the subjects reported developing myocarditis when administered a blend of relatlimab (LAG-3–blocker) –nivolumab (PD-1 inhibitor) as against 0.6% of the subjects that received monotherapy of nivolumab only (179). This evidence concerns the gene LAG3 and myocarditis.
