To comprehensively evaluate potential obstacles for incomplete tumor remission, we divided sequenced PBMCs into three categories—(1) antigen-presenting (including all kinds of monocytes and dendritic cells), (2) cytotoxic (including all kinds of CD8-T and NK cells), and (3) CD4-T—and analyzed their inter-CR-PD group DEGs, as well as gene set variation analysis (GSVA) (Fig. 6c and Extended Data Fig. 9a). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
