YTHDF1 and posterior cortical atrophy: Different from our previous study, we showed that YTHDF1/Keap1/Nrf2 axis promotes, while YTHDF1/RNF7/p27 inhibits, tumor cell sensitivity to DDP in NSCLC and PCa, respectively [11], suggesting that YTHDF1 regulates tumor cell fate in different cellular context, although YTHDF1 was mostly upregulated in pan-cancers.
