Based on the expression levels of SLC25A42 in GC cell lines, we chose MKN-1 and MKN-45 for SLC25A42 knockdown, and SNU-638 and HGC-27 for SLC25A42 overexpression, subsequently investigating the effect of SLC25A42 on cellular behavior in vitro. This evidence concerns the gene SLC25A42 and gastric cancer.
