MAPT and primary progressive aphasia: Cases of FTD and MSA with 4R-like pattern expression (1 patient each) are in line with the previous literature and may be related to the occurrence of 4R tau pathology in nonfluent variant primary progressive aphasia and behavioral variant FTD (26,27) or to misclassification because of possible off-target binding of [18F]florzolotau in MSA (28).
