IFNG and melanoma: This study tested a theranostic nanomedicine for CD3+ bispecific antibodies targeting glycoprotein-100 (GP-100) in vivo using two radiation sessions CT-imageable nanoparticles composed of hyaluronate-alginate and designed to release their contents (IFNγ or tebentafusp) upon radiation exposure were evaluated in a C57BL mouse model of B16-melanoma in the left hind legs with pulmonary metastases, which lead to better diagnosis and radio-immunotherapy of malignant melanoma in clinics.
