AKT1 and glioblastoma: In this study, we demonstrated that in human glioblastoma-derived cell lines, T98G and A172, under severe hypoxia (with oxygen concentrations below 0.1%), FDX1 regulates the activation of key radioresistance factors, including ATM, DNA-PKcs, Akt, and EGFR (Figure 1, Figure 3, and Figure 4).
