TP53 and cancer: Nuclear p53 staining was observed in 111/224 (49.5%) tumours (Figure 1(A4)) and was significantly associated with serous-type tumours (p = 0.001), high-grade cancers (p = 0.001) (Supplementary Table S5), and poor PFS (p = 0.032) (Figure 1C), but not OS (p = 0.462) (Supplementary Figure S1F).
