ULBP2 and neoplasm: Building on the findings that B16F10-ULBP2 suppresses anti-tumor immunity via NKG2D in a syngeneic mouse model and on the in vitro observation that surface-expressed ULBP2 downregulates NKG2D expression on NK cells, we next sought to determine whether B16F10-ULBP2 suppresses NK cell-mediated anti-tumor immunity in vivo.
