[164] have suggested that the first‐line treatment for advanced NSCLC (PD‐L1‐negative or lower than one percent expression of the PD‐L1‐positive type) with PD‐(L)1 inhibitors and chemotherapy combination regimen is better than monotherapy with chemotherapy, since this dual regimen meaningfully prolongs the overall survival and progression‐free survival.
