One effort, led by Ikena Oncology, involved utilizing an anti-TREM2 mAb (PY-314) as a monotherapy and in combination with PD-1 inhibitor pembrolizumab, to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics in patients with advanced solid tumors, such as gynecologic cancer, breast cancer, triple negative breast cancer, hormone receptor/growth factor receptor-negative breast cancer, ovarian cancer, colorectal cancer, lung adenocarcinoma and renal cell carcinoma (NCT04691375) (134). This evidence concerns the gene NR4A1 and breast carcinoma.
