Regarding the association with ATN status across the whole cohort, higher levels of CSF PDGFRβ levels were significantly associated with T positivity (Cohen's d = 0.30 [CI95% 0.015–0.59], P = 0.038) and N positivity (Cohen's d = 0.44 [CI95% 0.15–0.73], P = 0.0020, Fig. 2a) with small effect sizes for both. This evidence concerns the gene PDGFRB and oculocutaneous albinism type 1.
