After combining with the EGFR, TNF-α and VEGFA hub gene targets of cervical cancer, the active ingredients of Scutellaria Barbata were involved in the regulation of PI3K-AKT signaling pathway and the down-regulation of the expression of MDM2 genes and thus inhibited the epithelial-mesenchymal transition, which effectively inhibited the proliferation, migration and promoted the apoptosis of cervical cancer cells (Fig 12). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is cervical cancer.
