In addition, a Kaplan–Meier (KM) survival analysis was conducted on the core genes in liver cancer, renal clear cell carcinoma, and glioma, and it was found that TNF, IL6, IFNG, and NR1H4 in liver cancer and TNF and IL1B in renal clear cell carcinoma were associated with survival prognosis (Figure 8B–D). Here, IL6 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
