We then compared the transcriptome profiles of DMGs with FOXR2 overexpression (n = 10) with non-FOXR2-activated DMGs (n = 29), as well as the profiles of all tumors with FOXR2 overexpression (n = 32) with brain tumors lacking FOXR2 activation (n = 303). Here, FOXR2 is linked to brain neoplasm.
