These studies have implicated FOXR2 in subtypes of pineoblastoma (PB),7 medulloblastoma (MB),8 and high-grade glioma (HGG).2,9 However, a comprehensive understanding of the landscape for CNS tumors exhibiting FOXR2 activation is lacking, and the exact underlying mechanisms of FOXR2 activation in specific brain tumor types have yet to be elucidated.
