Similarly, our results showed the mRNA of DAPK1 was increased in HT-29 (a type of early-stage colorectal cancer cell) and reduced in advanced-stage cell lines, such as HCT116, SW480, and SW620, indicating that the downregulation of DAPK1 has a connection with COAD progression.
