Aberrant polyploid and multinucleated cells were independently detected in KRAS WT and KRAS mutant (G12C and G12D) lung cancers, as shown in Figure 1A. CYC065 treatment resulted in statistically significant reductions in lung tumor growth as compared with vehicle controls, as displayed in Figure 1, B and C. Notably, despite statistically significant reductions in in vivo (Figure 1C) or in vitro (Figure 1D) lung cancer growth, persistent tumor cells exist. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and neoplasm.
