CYC065 treatment caused a statistically significant increase in the number of cancer cells exhibiting mitotic catastrophe as compared with vehicle treatments as shown in Figure 4C. CYC065 treatment statistically significantly augmented the onset of anaphase catastrophe in progeny cancer cells that exhibited apoptotic death, as in Figure 4D.
