Out of the “hypertension” and “ion transport” related genes, 11 were downregulated (Cntn1, Cacna2d1, Cxcl13, Ttk, Prkg1, Nptx2, Tac3, Serpina6, Mmp10, F10, and Foxf1) and 19 were upregulated (Cyp27b1, Lrrc52, Slc13a4, Slc25a25, Slc38a3, Slc39a4, Tf, Tfrc, Cxcl11, Pde9a, Cyp11a1, Glud1, Cyp2e1, Gstm5, Gsta3, Hmgcs2, Zbtb16, F5, and Tf) commonly in both DK groups (Figure 4, A and B). Here, CYP11A1 is linked to hypertensive disorder.
