Out of the “hypertension” and “ion transport” related genes, 11 were downregulated (Cntn1, Cacna2d1, Cxcl13, Ttk, Prkg1, Nptx2, Tac3, Serpina6, Mmp10, F10, and Foxf1) and 19 were upregulated (Cyp27b1, Lrrc52, Slc13a4, Slc25a25, Slc38a3, Slc39a4, Tf, Tfrc, Cxcl11, Pde9a, Cyp11a1, Glud1, Cyp2e1, Gstm5, Gsta3, Hmgcs2, Zbtb16, F5, and Tf) commonly in both DK groups (Figure 4, A and B). This evidence concerns the gene CNTN1 and hypertensive disorder.
